Shipping

Once we have received your order, we only take 5-7 days to build your neon and another 5-7 days to ship your neon (3-5 days if you opt for rush order at the product page). You will receive your neon within 10-14 days (7-12 days if rush order) however, on rare occurrences, it may take up to/longer than 14 days to receive your neon.

All our neon signs are made to order by hand. After each unique piece is quality inspected thoroughly, it is prepared for shipping. The shipping time refer to time your product would be in transit after your package has left our factory. We ship worldwide and offer wide range of shipping options to all countries across the globe.
