All our neon signs are made with love by hand, meaning each one is perfectly sculpted as you are!
We only accept returns/refunds on damaged/faulty items. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind as every neon are one off made to order. All sales are final when it has been placed on our site.
It is important you open parcels immediately after receiving it In the very rare event of your neon arriving damaged or faulty, you have 7 days to report it. Simple email us at email@example.com or use our contact page located above. Please provide as many details as possible including pictures of the damage and the order reference number. Once we have received your item and has been verified by our team, we will send you a replacement item and refund you the cost of the return label.
We offer a 24-month guarantee on all of our neon signs when used appropriately. However, this does not cover any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage. Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping of the neon which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty.
Once your return has been collected, we will contact you via email. We will also notify you within 5 working days of the approval or rejection of your claim. If the warranty claim is successful, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge
