What is the price of custom neon signs?

What colours are available?

We offer 9 colours: Pink, Light Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange, and White! We have also a colour change option.

What is neon backing?

Our neon LED tubes are set on a resistant backing of 5 mm, this is to retain rigidity and offer mounting points. In general, we offer clear backing for all our signs, when in use the backing appears to be invisible however, you have the choice of choosing the colour, mirror backing, or UV Printed backing.

What is included with the product?

The sign, remote control, dimmer, power transformer, and wall mounting screws

What are the running costs?

LED lights are up to 90% energy-efficient than conventional light bulbs. LED neon signs are very economical and environmentally friendly.

What is the lifespan of NeonSpace signs?

Our Neon signs are made to last up to 30,000 hours. That is 1250 days of continuous usage or 10 years of 10-hour usage per day.

Why is my sign in 2 sections?

Larger signs may be constructed in multiple sections, depending on the design, to ensure durability and prevent damage during shipment and installation.

How can I hang my sign?

1. Gently unpack your neon sign
2. You can install your neon against on surface from 1 of 3 recommended methods
     a) Use the mounting kit on the pre-drilled backing
     b) Use the chains kit provided
     c) Purchase 3m Command strips to stick and hang onto the wall (suitable for smaller and lighter neon signs)
3. Connect the optional dimmer
4. plug the neon to the power supply and transformer
5. All set! Let the light shine and enjoy!

Warranty and Returns

Does my sign have a warranty?

We offer a 24-month guarantee on all of our neon signs when used appropriately. However, this does not cover any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage.

Can I return my custom due to a change of mind?

We at NeonSpace create every piece to order and do not accept returns.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to receive my Neon order?

Once we have received your order, we only take 5-7 days to build your neon and another 5-7 days to ship your neon (3-5 days if you opt for rush order at the product page). You will receive your neon within 10-14 days (7-12 days if rush order) however, on rare occurrences, it may take longer than 14 days to receive your neon. We use FedEx with a tracking number on all our neon sign orders.

What do I do if the parcel received is damaged?

It is important you open parcels immediately after receiving it. We only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Simple email us at contact@neonspace.co.uk or use our contact page located above. Please provide as many details as possible including pictures of the damage, after our team will review your claim and send you a new neon free of charge.

All our neon signs are made to order by hand. After each unique piece is quality inspected thoroughly, it is prepared for shipping. The shipping time refer to time your product would be in transit after your package has left our factory. We ship worldwide and offer wide range of shipping options to all countries across the globe.

Returns

All our neon signs are made with love by hand, meaning each one is perfectly sculpted as you are!

We only accept returns/refunds on damaged/faulty items. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind as every neon are one off made to order. All sales are final when it has been placed on our site.

It is important you open parcels immediately after receiving it. In the very rare event of your neon arriving damaged or faulty, you have 7 days to report it. Simple email us at contact@neonspace.co.uk or use our contact page located above. Please provide as many details as possible including pictures of the damage and the order reference number. Once we have received your item and has been verified by our team, we will send you a replacement item and refund you the cost of the return label.

Warranty Returns

We offer a 24 -month guarantee on all of our neon signs when used appropriately. However, this does not cover any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage. Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping of the neon which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty.

Once your return has been collected, we will contact you via email. We will also notify you within 5 working days of the approval or rejection of your claim. If the warranty claim is successful, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge
