Once we have received your order, we only take 3-5 days to build your neon and another 3-7 days to ship your neon (2-5 days if you opt for rush order at the product page). You will receive your neon within 7-10 days (5-7 days if rush order) however, on rare occurrences, it may take up to/longer than 14 days to receive your neon.

All our neon signs are made to order by hand. After each unique piece is quality inspected thoroughly, it is prepared for shipping. The shipping time refer to time your product would be in transit after your package has left our factory. We ship worldwide and offer wide range of shipping options to all countries across the globe.
All our neon signs are made with love by hand, meaning each one is perfectly sculpted as you are!
We only accept returns/refunds on damaged/faulty items. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind as every neon are one off made to order. All sales are final when it has been placed on our site.
It is important you open parcels immediately after receiving it In the very rare event of your neon arriving damaged or faulty, you have 7 days to report it. Simple email us at email@example.com or use our contact page located above. Please provide as many details as possible including pictures of the damage and the order reference number. Once we have received your item and has been verified by our team, we will send you a replacement item and refund you the cost of the return label.
We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our neon signs when used appropriately. However, this does not cover any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage. Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping of the neon which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty.
Once your return has been collected, we will contact you via email. We will also notify you within 5 working days of the approval or rejection of your claim. If the warranty claim is successful, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge
Customers are responsible for any custom duties or import duties resulting from the shipping of their neon sign if outside the UK. This depends on what country you are ordering from and also the size and weight of your package. We are crystal clear about these charges and will inform you of these charges due to your shipping location. Import tax is a standard procedure of any item bought online and is completely out of our hands. Many orders are not subject to import fees but for those that are, we have no control over. We do our best to protect global customers from incurring additional fees. Customers must take full liability for all delivery charges, return shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties. Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
